Excellent environmental practices
Our commitment to nature is real and everything we do respects the natural environment surrounding our maple grove that is located on 168 acres of land.
First, our maple syrup is produced without using any fossil fuel. The entire evaporation process is completed with wood coming from forests that are managed through conservation and good forestry practices.
Our daily work, since Richard is a forestry engineer, consists of enhancing private forests, including a number of maple groves. In terms of forestry management, our practices serve as a great example for land owners who seek to manage their ecosystems responsibly.
