Hard sugar loaf (250 g)

INGREDIENTS:

Pure maple syrup

PREPARATION:

Keep frozen until consumption. The taffy can be kept for several months in the freezer.

To consume it, leave the taffy pot for a few minutes on the counter so that it softens to be eaten afterwards. Do you prefer to consume it on the snow? Put the pot in the microwave for a few seconds and pour the taffy on a tightly packed snow.

CONSERVATION TIP:

Put a thin film of water on the taffy before putting it back in the refrigerator and you will delay crystallization.
